I changed my mobile provider from Voxi today as the connectivity in Devon is so poor with Vodaphone’s overloaded infrastructure.
My attempt to claim a refund for unused credit was met with time wasting practices. After 45 minutes I terminated the chat line. My experience echoes that of other Voxi customers who are subjected to timewasting tactics.
voxi's response to this review was to advise me to "reach out"
to Vodaphone. I called the number before I had received their response to my review. the call was cut off without my complaint being resolved. Apparently Vodaphone can only respond to incoming calls, not call back customers who are cut off. says everything you need to know about this 'communications' company.
