One of the worst experiences I have had with a travel provider so far.
In the travel offer, a transfer was clearly stated as an included service. However, upon arrival, it turned out that no transfer had been arranged. Only after repeated inquiries was it confirmed that the information in the description was incorrect and that the transfer had in fact never been planned.
As a result, I had to organize transportation myself immediately after arrival – causing additional effort, stress, and unnecessary hassle during my holiday.
What I find particularly concerning is that, despite this clear mistake on Voyage Privé’s side, no proactive solution was offered. Instead, the entire process was shifted onto me, with the instruction to submit the costs afterwards.
That a promised service is not provided and the responsibility is then passed on to the customer is, in my view, unacceptable.
For me, this does not reflect reliable service. Therefore, I cannot recommend them.
