The booking process was easy and staff were on hand to deal with any questions. The travel documents were clear and informative. The resort on offer was fantastic. There were only a few issues. We were not told in advance that all restaurants at the resort had a dress code, the room keys needed fairly regular reprogramming and a watersport advertised as complimentary was not available and had to be arranged separately and paid for. Apart from that everything with the holiday went very smoothly and was thoroughly enjoyable.
