You seem to be out of touch. The one-star reviews clearly illustrate the reality. The organization does not adequately support staff mental health or sickness. I genuinely care about vulnerable individuals, which is why I've dedicated over 30 years to this field. Don't accuse me of neglecting residents; your actions contributed to my departure.
