I have been with this organization for 2.5 years, starting my career in the care industry here. The staff and management have been immensely supportive since my first day. I've progressed from support worker to senior support worker due to their guidance. It saddens me to see negative reviews aimed at a company that genuinely strives to provide the best for those we support. These critiques seem to come from disgruntled former employees who didn’t genuinely care. This is a wonderful place to work for compassionate and dedicated individuals.
