I am extremely impressed with voyage care as a company. The recruitment process was really thorough, this gave me the confidence that they weren’t just taking anyone on. Mandatory training was extensive and informative. The Manager and field support, have good professional boundaries. They are very approachable and available to support you, answer any questions or concerns and also provide additional training if needed. The thing I like most about voyage is the person centred approach they have with the service users, who are considered as individuals. They are constantly empowered to make choices for themselves, giving them self worth.
