Avoid the management are bullies mentally, The staff do as these please , staff are constantly leaving due to the way they get treated , the PWS are like caged animals they aren’t the priority, the staffing levels are low , very clicky staff, there is no team playing unless your in the click ! Overall the worst place I’ve ever worked ! I actually feel for the service users as they aren’t the priority and the management/staff are just there to get their wage !
