I work here and the management is a joke.I have been working for this company voyagecare for a few months now and let me tell you this company’s management in my area are so clueless I don’t even know where to begin. We are always short of staff and some residents end up not being attended to. And this on a regular basis. They are always calling you on your day off to cover for others as if you have got no life. The staff are always having cigarettes break leaving people we care for unattended which is dangerous coz some have epilepsy and need 24/7 watch. The home manager is most of the time in their office, they don’t even do a round to see who is there on the shift and greet them as well as the people they are attending to! It’s awful.
