So brought 2 AEQ,2.0 pens one in store and one online the in store one lasted about a month then would not charge, so ordered another one online which was faulty from the start would not charge properly and when i put the pod in it just continually burnt the oil without me even puffing on it ,so tried going on to there refunds page would not let me get a returns label for some reasons after trying a good 5 times kept clicking on where it says request label but just would let me do it ,now got 2useless pens and 3packs of pods that i can not ues ,
