I got the Meta Quest 3 lenses very fast within 10 days this included ordering to being at my doorstep into the UK. These where very heavy prescriptions +6.25 etcNow onto the bad part. I have ordered Prescription lenses for my new Meta glasses Order #47669Confirmed 14 FebIt is now the 26th Feb and i have asked multiple times about my order when its being done and shipped but all im getting is "coming soon" replies with no timeline at all. Today i have asked for my order to be cancelled and this was the reply.Upon receiving your order, our system promptly initiated the automated production process. I’ve checked your order and we have already arranged production, customizing the lenses based on your prescription. I’m sorry, but we are unable to cancel the order at this stage. On the main page of the Meta Glasses page it states:Production Time: 1-3 daysAwaiting my bank to get my money back.
