I wrote a really negative review about how I attempted to change my order after ordering on a Sunday and changing it the next day. They claimed I couldn’t change my order nor could I get a refund because the order was already being processed (after 1 day) however I could pay an additional $49 for another pair of lenses, which I did. Although according to them they processed my order in 1 day it took almost 1 month to get them. They didn’t like the review so they said if I removed it they would refund $30 of the $49. I agreed. They lied again and took taxes out of the $30 and actually sent $28. What a cheap classless company. The lenses are below average and the transition lenses are an odd color in the sun. I would NEVER choose this company! EVER! Customer service is awful. Made in China and shipped from China. They could care less, low response time. Cheap prices but a cheap company. I got what I should have expected. Threw the lenses away. Ordered from usemyframe. Got them quickly and were as advertised.
