Straight out lie about the shipping.The website said shipping delivery estimate was 6-8 days to my address in Canada.I trusted the information and placed the order, knowing I had a trip booked within 12 days to another country.My order took 11 days just to be shipped, and was delivered 24 days after being placed.I was upfront with customer service, but my questions about where it was being shipped from were ignored.Now I am on a different country and had to buy a different pair of lenses to my glasses, problem that could have been completely avoided.So I do not recommend.Edit 1: vr-rock did reach out to me and offered sending the product to the new address, but I already bought the lenses from a local store. Then, they offered a partial refund, which I refused to accept.I told them lying to your customers is completely unacceptable. Being upfront would have prevented all this hassle.Since I do not need their lenses anymore due to their fault, I would have only accepted a full refund, but they also refused to accept it.
