In summary, although my eye prescription is weak (which led me to believe VR-Rock were making excuses for the manufacture delay), when my Quest 3 lenses finally arrived I realised that one lens was completely wrong. I had accidentally given a figure of 5.0 in the order, when it should have been 0.50.They sent me a free gift as an apology for the delay and have offered a new lens with the correct prescription for only $19.I think 4 stars is fair in the light of the original delay and poor communication but overall, I would now recommend them for Quest 3 lenses.ORIGINAL REVIEW==============Look carefully at the 5-star reviewers here, most of which have just 1 review on Trustpilot. My experience is poor, resulting in me having to go to my credit card company and request a refund that way. I placed an order at the beginning of October and noticed that the tracking link showed no progress. I queried this and was told that it was because my prescription was complicated (it's actually very simple and mild), there was a delay of 3 days. 10 days passed and I raised the issue again, receiving EXACTLY the same email in return, word-for-word. Needless to say, I don't trust them, now.
