I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with VRSF. I purchased a catted downpipe from your company based on the positive feedback I had seen, and unfortunately, it has been a very frustrating process.I placed my order and provided all the necessary information, including my address and mobile number. However, VRSF provided the shipping company with an incorrect mobile number, which resulted in my package being returned to the sender after it reached my country.I attempted to contact your customer service department, but I was unable to reach anyone by phone. I was directed to your website contact page, but my messages and emails have gone unanswered.To make matters worse, after more than one month of waiting, I received a partial refund, and $200 of my money was withheld. Instead of resolving the issue by apologizing and reshipping my order, VRSF has essentially taken my money.VRSF's handling of this situation has been unacceptable. The combination of incorrect shipping information, lack of customer support, and financial loss has left me very dissatisfied. I will be sharing my experience with others to make sure they are aware of the potential issues with ordering from your company. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and work to improve your processes.
