This has been one of the worst experiences i've ever had with customer service and shipping.. i'll make it a long story short.I ordered a charge pipe on a Sunday, and they told me they would ship out Tuesday. Tuesday rolls around, they tell me they don't have it in stock but the truck is coming tomorrow (Wednesday) with your charge pipe in it. Wed, thurs, fri, and sat roll around and i hear nothing. I contact them that monday, and they told me the container never showed up the previous week, and that it wouldn't be there for another 3 days. No one communicated that it was sold out, i was still able to purchase it, and no one communicated that the container never showed up, i had to check in. It has been two and a half weeks now, still no charge pipe. On top of all of this, they have been disrespectful throughout the process, and refused compensation aside from a "5% discount" ($13 off of my almost $300 order). 10/10 would not recommend.
