Sound is decent, which is just about the only upside to this product. The kit I received was first missing a clamp for one of the exhaust tips, and customer support did compensate that quickly. However, the full system didn't fit my car ('08 e92 335i), despite it being listed as compatible. One of the hooks for a hangar is about 6 inches away from being able to connect, meaning that the system isn't fully secured. which poses a danger to me and other cars on the road. Customer support simply insisted that I had installed the product wrong, despite me providing multiple videos and informing them that it had been professionally inspected. They then chose to stop replying to my emails, and began to threaten using the "terms & conditions" despite their threats not being correct based on the situation. Terrible support and an immature response. Please steer clear of this product and company.
