I ordered a charge pipe for my 2013 335i and upon opening the package I noticed a dent in the slots that hold the retaining clip. Customer service contacted me to determine how they could resolve my concern. They offered to replace the pipe, however since it was already fitted they suggested a reimbursement and a discount on next purchase.
