I bought a downpipe, gasket and v-band clamp. I only received the downpipe and gasket. Contacted them about not receiving the v-band clamp 2 weeks ago and the customer support wanted pictures of my order and invoice, so immediately took pictures of everything I received and sent it back to them. Customer support then passed it on to some shipping manager and I have yet to hear anything. Tried emailing customer support again and heard nothing. So went through their website to the contact us again and was then told not to open another ticket on this problem. Well here we are 2 weeks later and I still haven't heard anything from them. I was going to buy a intercooler from them as well, but I am not going to purchase anything from vrsf again after this experience
