Customer service doesn’t exist. Unable to talk to a live human on the phone. Company communicates solely via email. First time customer and will never do business with them again! Tried to cancel order and was denied although order never left their facility. Tried to get some sort of return fee waived and was told all major companies do the same thing. Company just wants to take your money. Received my catted down pipe but will probably take it to a scrap metal shop rather than sell or gift it away. Will not recommend this company to anyone. Will file a report with the BBB.
