Awful customer service, I bought a downpipe for my b48, and they didn't upfront provide the details needed. Apparently it required previous mods to open the space for the downpipe in the smallest font possible. (This if the first downpipe I've ever had need that) The email responses are extremely rude, and overall poor and disrespectful. They then expect a 25% packing fee? On a $300 downpipe? Then they want shipping, and then they want the shipping from our side? Then even when all that happens, they expect us to wait for a yes or a no whether they can take it or not? Then if it gets denied we have to pay another fee for their delivery? This place is an actual joke, and can only be returned after a month even when completely factory new and untouched. Ironic it's only a month when it takes two to three weeks of consistent delaying on the shipping, not even enough time to realize if the part is good or not.
