So far my experience with this company has been extremely rough. I email this company 3 weeks after I place my order asking for an update on my order. I was then informed my order had a tracking number through Shopify's automated email but no response to my original inquiry. I email back ~5 days later asking why my tracking number hasn't been updated with a status. I was there informed that they have USPS and UPS pick-up in bulk and that they would open an account to look into this issue. Now I get the picking up in bulk but, open an account to look into the issue? I'm not sure if I am missing something but that statement didn't make much sense to me. So I email back asking if my package is ready for pick-up by bulk pickup from the carrier. Simple question to get straight to the point at least I thought that."As stated before they pick up in bulk although they don’t pick up everything at the same time as we now have to create an account with them to get this situated." At this point, I just want my money back.
