The service came out to assist me on 27/11/25. I experienced an issue at a service area on the Northbound M1. The recovery technician kept me informed about his arrival time. I was also able to track his location. I had to reach out to the main office a few days later for the vehicle number of the recovery truck for an appeal against a parking fine, and the representative was incredibly helpful.
