Do not pay them up-front until they fully completed the project. I operate 4 E- commerce web-stores and have been in business since 1996. I have never dealt with such incompetent company. My agreement with them was to improve the mobile load speed for one of web-stores from 6 seconds to 3 seconds using google-test-my-site-speed as a bench mark. Well 3 months later its still 6 seconds. They keeping saying that its now 3 seconds but that's not true. Yes its 3 seconds for desktop applications but not for mobile applications. Our agreement was for mobile applications. It took them 25 days for them to finally reply to one of my many e-mails and they still kept making excuses like that they have been on festive holidays. They will not refund me and they did not accomplish the work we agreed on and I'm upset. Lost $$$$ and 3 months of back and forth worthless e-mails. Again I strongly suggest do not pay them up-front until the work is fully completed. Thank You
