The product is excellent. However, the lead time was longer than initially promised, which wasn’t an issue for me. I also ordered a larger piece that arrived bent; the packaging could be improved. Fortunately, we managed to reshape it without trouble. My suggestions: 1. Provide realistic delivery timelines to avoid skepticism, and 2. Improve packaging, possibly by using a wooden frame for stability.
