When I requested a quote I specifically said that I would not be available until after 3 pm. They tried to get in touch with me before this time. I pointed this out but accepted it as just a one off mistake. But when the representative turned up at my door before this time again I was not impressed. When I pointed this out to him he told me that I was being rude.
