When I originally searched the VSP website for a vision plan, all looked pretty good and I signed up. The trouble started when I wanted to register my account. Somehow the VSP system picked as my user ID a Verizon email address I have not used in years and did not enter when I originally tried to create the account. Don't know how the VSP system got ahold of my unused Verizon email.Called customer service and they transferred me to the department that handles website login. Five times tried to change password, unregister account, create account, change password again only to have VSP system lock account.Frustrated and apprehensive if this is the kind of service I can look forward to, I called customer service and cancelled coverage.
