The customer service representative I spoke to today at VSP and her ability to handle the issue at hand was TRASH in every sense of the word. She was rude, lazy, and uninformative. Furthermore, VSP uses their EyeConic subdivision to sell eyeglasses online. I ordered high index, progressive lenses with all the bells and whistles and the lower half of my lenses (for reading) were barely a 1/4 of the lense’s height and can’t see to read without leaning my head back so far back that it’s uncomfortably awkward.EyeConic tells me I can go to one of their approve list of doctors to have a segment height adjustment completed so they can redo the lenses. Long story shorter, I called 3 providers on the list (all VSP Premier doctors) and they all said they were not able to provide that service. Long story shorter, I’ve wasted time, effort, and money without resolve. I’m sending the glasses back for a refund and they better refund that ridiculously high internet use tax of $70+ as well. They have no means of measuring for progressive/bifocal/trifocal lenses on their website yet sell glasses with these same features that require precise measurements. Buyer’s beware, expect a hassle and to be frustrated…SMMFH…NEVER AGAIN!
