VSP takes your money & gives nothing. From the start, when I enrolled with VSP, I have never been able to access my online account. They repeatedly lock me out. So then I have to call to just to access my online account. I did that a few months ago, and well, surprise, surprise, it is locked again. They don't want their members to know what benefits they have, they just want to take their money and make it difficult for their members. Find another vision provider because they are legally scamming people.
