I ordered the product more than two weeks ago, but it has not arrived and I have not been informed of the reason for this. This is unacceptable.Update: after I reported the problem, customer service responded in an incredibly kind and professional manner, they tried not only to find a solution, but also to compensate me. I was impressed with their customer service, I hope the product will be as good as this once I receive it. 😊
