Service has been terrible. I requested a return more than 3 weeks ago. Each time I get an initial response asking for a picture which I send. Then each time radio silence despite multiple chasers, I just want to send items back. So far still no response with returns confirmation.On top of this one of the items they sent was the wrong size but in the right packaging label and a couple of the items had frayed edges and poor stitching. So quality wasn't the best even before the returns stage. I was very interested by this company but very disappointed. I am giving 2 stars as at the price I paid I thought it was reasonable value(if you get the order you want and one of the better finished items)
