Very disappointing with customer service, reviews, and vapes. Avoid at all costs!! I made an online order for vape disposables, which say the have 300 puffs, but I was lucky if they had 100. Secondly, during an online purchase something went wrong, as I was charged £160 if which £100 were for pods that were not in my basket but I got charged for after check out and which I received, but because I noticed them since the money was taken from my account (when it only said £60 at checkout), I called customer service who said they’d send a QR code for the return if I accepted the parcel. 2 weeks on and after numerous calls and email I am still waiting for a QR code to return the unwanted items I did not order but which were sent and charged for. If I don’t hear anything by Tuesday 13th, I will be going to Trading Standards. A customer spokesperson said they were dealing with a back log if returns, is this because of a faulty system? I’m absolutely furious since £100 is a lot of money at this time of year. Why should they get to hold onto it or are they hoping I’ll forget about the return, worse still is they only give you 7 days to return the item/s, it has now been 2 weeks that i’ve waited for a QR code!! In fact, come Monday morning 12th I’ll just contact Trading Standards for advice, since I believe abuse are ripping people off!
