I purchased a Ruffle Flutter Lace Maxi dress in Navy size L from VV Cloth. This is the first time I’ve ever purchased a dress on line. The dress arrived well packaged and promptly. I am so happy that the dress received was identical and correctly represented on their website. The colour is a true Navy and beautifully made. Unfortunately I chose the incorrect size. I got in touch with VVCLOTH customer service and within 24hrs Judy a representative of the company got in contact with me. To my surprise, she offered a replacement dress of the next size down at no charge with no need to return the original dress. Absolutely fantastic customer service. Great product, great customer service. Will be confidently using this VV Cloth company again.
