Vw Kent. I have a vw Golf, with over two years warranty left. I Took my golf in with a problem. Not very helpful at all. Second Golf I have had. Service staff have a attitude problem. Needs to be addressed. I was told that warranty might not cover the fault. It is quite clear its a design fault. They are so negative when it comes to warranty cover. Vw need to get there act together and start to treat customers with respect. Honda never do this, they are always very helpful. And if the car is in warranty they don't say you might have to pay for this. When the car is still in warranty. It just needed an adjustment done. Fingers crossed.
