Volkswagen Kirkcaldy Had a problem with removing the headrest from the front passenger seat. Went to the dealer to ask how to do it. When I walked in there was a rep on the right hand side and he immediately greeted me and asked if I was ok. I told him what my problem is and, without hesitation, he stood up and said he'd do it for me.Dan removed the headrest for me with a smile (surprisingly, not as easy as it used to be, with the new cars).Dan, you're a legend!
