I purchased a code for my radio, entered it correctly, and had the device properly connected, but the code didn’t work.I contacted support and provided a video showing the serial number and the full code entry process. I also requested a full refund. So far, I haven’t received a proper response.I expect the company to take responsibility and resolve this issue promptly.
