BOOKED VW CRAFTER IN FOR A RECALL AND DUAGNOSTICS , THEY SAID 3 MONTHS , OK I WENT WITH THAT 7.40AM I WOULD BE THERE FIRST APPOINTMENT.GOT THERE 7.30 AM THEY SAID UNABLE TO DO IT AS TO THERE WORK LOAD, I WENT NUTS AFTER CAUSING A FUSS THEY SAID THEY WOULD DO RECALL , AND WHEN MY VAN WAS READY A RECEPTIONIST CAME OUT AND SAID TO THE MECHANIC ITS GOT TO GO BACK IN AS HE DID NOT DO RE CALL CORRECTLY ,HAVING DEALT WITH THIS BRANCH BEFORE OVER THE YEARS BEFORE NOTHING CHANGED BAD SERVICE ONCE AGAIN AND DURING MY WAIT 2 OTHER CUSTOMERS HAD SIMILAR ISSUES.ONLY INTRESTED IN NEW CAR SERVICING AND SALES.EVEN UNDER WARRANTY THE SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE.TIME OFF WORK AND A MORNING WASTED , STAY WELL CLEAR!!!DATE OF EXSPERICED IS NOT EXACT , BUT CAN EASILY FIND IT OUT IF REQUIRED
