I've been waiting for days without a single response to my support request. It's astonishing that such a simple issue takes so long for a product I paid for. I mistakenly activated my theme license on a temporary domain and simply asked them to remove the old domain. This should be a quick task, yet I've received no response for days. The slow and unresponsive support is unacceptable. If help is unavailable when issues arise, paying for the product is pointless. My experience has been very disappointing. I will update my review if the situation improves, but for now, it is quite poor.
