I initially bought the theme after trying the free version, but faced several issues. The Pro version needs to be installed manually, which complicates updates. I had problems with changes not saving in the Customizer despite multiple attempts. Initially, the support team couldn’t help, and I was disappointed by the slow response times and their refund policy. However, after further communication, they offered a refund and addressed the case properly. I appreciate that they ultimately took responsibility, although the process was longer and more complex than anticipated. Overall, my experience was mixed: the product didn’t work for me initially, but they did resolve the issue in the end.
