Extremely frustrating- Lucy fixed it

Extremely frustrating, as I used to love VYBS. As of the last week, they have actively lowered amounts WHILE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE GAME. They REMOVED part of my reward for fraud and when I provided evidence against that they ghosted me and won't reply to any messages despite "Edward" being active a good chunk of the time. They actually do pay out and I've never had issues prior to this week so something must be going on this week to make them do all this BS. RETURN MY FUNDS.Update in response to VYBS: Actually no I have stated anything incorrectly as I've only stated the experience I've had, especially this last week. Clearly something is up with the system if it can download and track a game all the way til the end but all of a sudden ONLY THE FINAL TWO REWARD AMOUNTS ARE REMOVED. Since this is the first time I actually FINISHED an apps tasks, I can ONLY assume until proven otherwise that your system DISCREDITS GAMES once they reach a certain threshold. It looks like there was a glitch in the system and the offer was cancelled erroneously. The error has been rectified so that it doesn't affect any other users, and your tasks have been uncancelled.One sticking point - you will still see the amount in withdrawable soon as the system needs to re-ingest the information. It should clear into withdrawable now within 24 hours. I will be following up with it and making sure that it all gets to where it's supposed to be. I apologise for the hassle and the inconvenience, and I will update you as soon as I see the rewards clear in your withdrawable balance."Still only giving 4/5 stars for the inconvenience of it all
