Asked to return the glasses and the offered a 15% refund and to keep the glasses. I refused and demanded a full refund, they then offered 30% and to keep the glasses again. I refused to accept this and wrote back demanding a full refund, but as I had used PayPal, I am going to ask them to cancel the sale and refund my money; they can withdraw direct from them. Also no return label and you have to pay to return the glasses, this is a criminal enterprise so don’t be taken in by them. You have been warned.
