Bad products, bad customer service, reviews can't be trusted

UPDATE: The Betrer Business Bureau advised me to contact the California Attorney General. I will be doing so and I urge everyone else to do the same. From the reviews I've read here, many of us bought products to help with constant pain. Don't let them get away with this.I bought the wrap brace they offer for sciatic support. The velcro stopped working within a month and I'm on week 3 of trying to get a refund. The product offers a money back guarantee, but they refuse.They only post 5 star reviews to make their products look better. Stay away.
