I have had the W8 gym for a few years now and it is brilliant. I also joined a gym but I feel more like I have done a full workout with the box than the gym as the online classes push you. If you want heavier weights you can buy some but the box does more than it needs to.I completely recommend it as it payts for itself in a few months and saves time if you are busy.
