As a lifelong customer of Walcoal, I was very disappointed with my latest experiences with them. I bought the same bra I always do and about 6 months later, holes developed near the clasp in the back ruining the ability for the bra to be supportive. In the past my bras have lasted many many years, only needing to be replaced after the normal effects of long term wear. I thought maybe this was a one time defect, so I emailed asking for a replacement. I bought the bra on 6/13/22 and emailed them on 4/9/23. They replied claiming it had been over a year. It doesn’t take a bright person to know that the distance between those dates is under a year. I took the L and was frustrated but decided to buy it again, this time from Amazon since Walcoal’s customer service was terrible and I didn’t want to deal with that again. Two months into owning the bra and the same exact issue happens - a rip in the back. Amazon unfortunately wasn’t able to refund it so I tried contacting Walcoal again to see if they could participate in some goodwill and help compensate me for the now $120+ I spent on two defective bras. The best they could do was 10% off and free shipping. Please take your money somewhere else - this company has sadly gone downhill over the years and is no longer the reliable institution they once were.
