Ordered a bra with band size 38. The one that arrived measured 29.5. I contacted Wacoal three times so far, requesting that I not be charged for return shipping since the product was defective ( it was marked 38). None of my e mails have been answered.Update: I received a reply trying to explain the size differential. Ridiculous, but at least they responded.
