Re: Order 9762.Ordered a lintel and acrow props on 10th October - showed as in stock. Paid £35 for 2-4 working days, and was advised that an email would be sent on dispatch.Then NOTHING!I emailed several times and got no response, and then phoned several times and as the 'online' team didn't answer was told they would get them to call me back. Eventually Emma sent an email to say that the order would be back in stock at the beginning of this week (despite so say being in stock when I ordered), followed by a call to say that it would be delivered on Wednesday 30th October. Phoned early Wednesday afternoon to get an ETA, as I had work to do and it was holding me up. Was told they would check & call me back, and would refund my delivery charge - they did neither. Waited in all day Wednesday and nothing showed, so phoned Thursday to find out what was happening. Again told they'd call back, but never did. Tried again today, same story. Now they are closed for the weekend and I have builders booked for Monday, having already put them off last week.On Monday it will be 25 days, not 2-4....and we still don't know whether it will even show up then???Think I will request a refund from Paypal, and buy elsewhere.Update: Delivery charge refund received 4th NovOrder received today, 5th Nov. Good job someone was here to get it off the truck with the driver as it was a 1 man delivery, and had to be manually lifted from the truck (4.8m & best part of 100kg)
