I bought a server because of their cheap prices. Then they had frequent downtimes caused by the company they get their servers from, Ravnix. I cancelled on their billing site and then it still charged. I asked for a refund but the person said they aren't doing that because I didn't cancel on PayPal. I cancelled on their site. I don't know any other company doing stuff like this. Answer: As I said, I cancelled on the billing site. I never heard of any other service requiring you to cancel on both the site and PayPal. Also, they did very much know that I cancelled because my access to the panel was gone after the subscription should've expired.Answer because they changed the answer:This is literally what I did.
