I was very impressed with the quality and design of the dog bed after seeing it advertised. I ordered it before my rescue arrived, expecting a delivery by December 1st. Max kept me updated via email, and even though it took longer than anticipated, I'm thrilled we waited! My dog loves it and gets very comfortable in it. The design is fantastic, and I've moved past my initial frustration.
