I ordered my bed on a next day delivery with DPD and was surprised when a week later it hadn’t arrived. I emailed Max and had an immediate reply explaining the delay and offering a refund. I declined and happily my lovely dog bed arrived soon after. Max has kept me informed and has been very honest and apologetic about the situation. It’s a fantastic product, well made and my Australian labradoodle Noah loves it!!
