I placed an order at the beginning of March and initially thought it would be next day delivery. After I emailed Max he has been very responsive in keeping me up to date. I received my order yesterday and can definitely say it was worth the wait. The quality is very good and our puppy loves it. The only reason I have not given a 5* is due to the delay the product deserves a 5* Thank you Max
