I’ve had a really positive experience with Wagging Right, even though the delivery side of things was a bit of a struggle. I ordered their dog bed with the ISOFIX anchor points, and despite being promised next-day delivery, it actually took about a month to get to me. I had a few emails from the owner giving me specific dates that then came and went, which was a bit of a shame, but it did show up not long after that. I wasn't in a massive rush so I wasn't too bothered, but it's worth keeping in mind if you're on a tight schedule.
When the box finally arrived, I was actually pretty worried. It was way smaller than I expected based on the pictures online, and for a second I thought I’d ended up with a low-quality product. But once I unpacked it, I was happily surprised. The filling was just really well compressed, and once it was all put together, the quality felt really solid.
The ISOFIX points are strong metal and feel very secure, and the actual material of the bed feels like it’s going to be very durable. Most importantly, as soon as I finished setting it up, the dog absolutely loved it and sat in it straight away. I’m really looking forward to using it on longer trips to make sure he's comfortable. I’d definitely recommend the bed because the quality is great, just don't expect it to arrive exactly when they say it will!
